GMT i-Servo driver offers 4 control modes includes positioning, torque, speed, and press down work with 2-phase stepper motor with friendly and easy User Interface available to set required parameters. GMT i-Servo is able to use RS485 or RS232C communication, and support Modbus ASCII and RTU to connect to HMI and PC, etc., also available apply I/O contacts to memory 32 positions. Positioning control mode follows pulse positioning, speed and torque control modes follow digital commands per minimum ±1/350 resolution, and pressing down control mode follows torque limitation control mode of positioning and speed control modes. GMT driver i-Servo has linear compensation feature to offer 16 axes of basic connection up to 256 axes according to customized requests. GMT i-Servo fit to support various closed-loop compensation and optical scale option, also, free-jitter occurred during stopping process or mode switch. GMT i-Servo driver loading inertia is available under 20 times of motor's inertia that is fit to operation environment at temperature ranges between 0 and 50 degrees, and under humidity of 85% RH. GMT i-Servo driver has built-in limitation reference parameter able to detect limitation, home point and able to program stroke by limitation monitoring in auto-detection without external sensor.
