Electrical Gripper

GMT Electrical Gripper series are designed to two and three fingers, and GEE type is two fingers of parallel model. GEE Electrical Gripper model's moving stroke of single jaw has two specification which is ±5mm and ±7mm , and its maximum gripping force is 75N and 70N.  The gripper transmission structure adapted GMT made ball screw, formed with high precision rail with gothic groove to improve anti-wear ability and perform positioning accuracy at ±0.03mm.  GMT Electrical Gripper is equipped close-loop stepper and GMT driver Q-SERVO as a package. The gripping motion is able to be preset moving position through exclusive and simple user interface, which is controlled either by RS-485 communication link or external I/O command to implement positioning and holding torque control features. GMT Electrical Gripper GEE model set is made by GMT in Taiwan, the product is fit to electronic component assembly, green energy LED light assembly, picking and placing of biopsy tubes, CNC machining industry: GMT Electrical Grippers adapts GMT made ball screw, and high accuracy machining components　and gothic guide rails been heat treatment to perform gripping durability, especial testing instrument, those automation production line and equipment required gripping force and positioning accuracy during picking and placing process.
