GMT Pneumatic gripper series contains two and three fingers, and design to standard gripping stroke (±4~±12mm), long stroke (±30~±120mm) and angular gripping stroke (±15°) available for different subject options, and rotary unit. GMT Pneumatic grippers of standard gripping stroke series adapt the linear rail machined gothic groove and ball bearing with block as sliding system made in house, to perform high durability for longer usage life as well as high gripping force, and grippers repeatability of ±0.01mm fits to accuracy needs during long-term operation. GMT Pneumatic gripper main frame structure surface has been anodized finished to generate an antioxidant ability while used in regular application environment. GMT Long stroke pneumatic gripper series apply double pistons, crossed racks and linear rail to perform rapid gripping movement and longer usage life, the other hand, the gripping force is available between 390N to 1400N of different specification for choose according to objects weight ranged in 1kgs~8kgs. GMT Pneumatic gripper series offer options of proximity switch and reed switch, and the rotary unit features to change angle (or direction) those are easy combination for picking and placing process programming of the production line. GMT Pneumatic grippers are made in Taiwan by GMT, with wide specifications easily fit to food packaging (ex: can containers), automation picking & placing line (ex: car tire frame) and packaging of box/carton process and so on.
