GMT Ball screw driven cylinder and slide GECA series adapted GMT made ball screw as the linear motion transmission element and lightweight aluminum alloy frame, both ball screw and aluminum alloy frame have been heat treatment, thus, the mechanical structure has constant durability and reliable repeatability accuracy of ±0.005mm during working in certain movement with repeat stroke of high frequency and fixed transmission speed. GMT ball screw driven cylinder and slide structure GECA frame size ranges from 36mm to 75mm, perform moving speed from 30mm per second up to 150mm per second in various options available corresponding to transmission lead of the ball screw specifications, as well as the pushing force ranges to 60kgf and 189kgf in between. GMT Ball screw driven cylinder and slide GECA series offer open loop or close loop driver options, the compact design of motor built-in and one D-SUB connector on the back side of motor housing simplified the cabling process, and benefits installation easy as well as space saving and clear. GECA series moving stroke is from 20mm to maximum 200mm in 10mm of each increment, supported by its rigidity mechanism to maintain a ±0.005mm repeatability under remained and repeat moving stroke on X or Z axis motion.
