GMT Driver K-Servo pack offer three series available to use for rotation motion motor (model DKM), linear motor (DKL), and direct drive motor (DKD), and here is the introduction for rotation motion servo motor accordingly. GMT supply DC motor and driver K-SERVO as the set, K-SERVO is driven in the voltage between 24V to 48V with its maximum current 20AP limited. Up-control device can be PC or PLC to send pulse or use RS485 communication or external I/O to command. K-SERVO driver adapts incremental encoder, and also able to support absolute system. K-SERVO driver use pulse, or I/O or RS485 (ModBus RTU) communication to control three modes in positioning, speed and torque. The driver has equipped 4 set of built-in notch filter software available to be preset flitter frequency and width, also has 4 set of smooth filtering applied to reduce motor variation while the pulse command frequency is too low. K-SERVO has 128 available points for programming motion step, to simplify up-control devices. K-SERVO positioning feature has 4 homing modes which are limitation seeking, Z-phase seeking after limitation, hi-to-stop, and Z-phase seeking after hit-to-stop. K-SERVO is able to drive 16 axes through RS485 (ModBus) communication control. GMT K-SERVO driver has meet safety regulation certified to, and design to provide protection features: over-current, over-voltage, over-loaded, large positioning variation, over-speed, encoder failure, and EEPROM failure.
