GMT ball screw driven cylinder and slide GECE is formed by aluminum alloy, adapted GMT made ball screw driven with 2-phase stepper motor in one set transmission design, and GMT circulation miniature linear ball guiding rails with the integrated connector D-SUB on back housing for both motor and driver, to make clear and simple as well as risk-free connection of the wiring. The other hand, GMT integrated driver design save much assembly space to offer more easily installation on the equipment and machineries. GMT ball screw driven electric cylinder and slide GECE series is designed X motion or Z motion in high frequent and precision needs during same linear or vertical stroke repeatedly, with sized of 32mm and 50mm, and designed stroke of 50, 90, 60 and 110mm per pushing force at 107N to 295N on different sizes. A constant repeatability of ±0.005mm performance is secured by key components of GMT made ball screw and miniature linear guide rails. GMT ball screw driven electrical cylinder slide GECE has been true aluminum and blue anodized finished, such industry appearance with its product characters of antioxidant ability fit to regular operation of equipment or production line needs. GMT electric cylinder and slide GECE series adapts GMT made open-loop driver, and able to choose close-loop driver on request. GECE electric cylinder and slide is designed and made by GMT in Taiwan, with more than 95% components made in house. The series is capable to wide applications like assembly (push/press) process or packaging process those automation equipment required high frequency, and accuracy.
