Fiber Alignment Stage

GMT Motorized Optical Fiber Alignment Module is consisted 12 axes of precision motorized stages including X and Y axes of AX7050, Z axis of AZ7010, θx of AXG6-75VM, θy of AXG6-100VM and θz of AXG4-40VM applied to multiple axes adjustment during optical fiber coupling alignment process especially. GMT Motorized Optical Fiber Alignment Module is formed by GMT made precision motorized stages, AX7050 model is steel frame and linear ball bearing guiding, and AZ7010 is steel frame with crossed roller bearing guiding, both models structure of frame, ball screws and guiding rails have been heat treatment to form the motorized optical fiber alignment module perform reliable repeatability at ±0.5um to each axis of X, Y and Z. The other system is GMT Motorized Goniometric Stages of AXG4-40VM, AXG6-75VM, and AXG6-100VM series made from aluminum with crossed roller guiding and worm gear features of rapid, high accuracy in low friction as low resistance during rolling contact under minor angle adjustment, to perform repeatability at ±0.003˚. GMT Motorized Optical Fiber Alignment Module offer either 12 axes (6 each of left and right side) or 10 axes (5 each of left and right side) or 6 axes (3 each of left and right side) on request, exclusively design fit to efficiency and accuracy performance in optical fiber coupling alignment process. Whole products are designed and made in house according learning from the needs of optical fiber coupling alignment industry by GMT in Taiwan.
