Manual Fiber Alignment and Goniometric Stage series contained transmission of αaxis or αβ axes stages designed to application needs of goniometric adjustment for fine angle alignment during process, especially for touch panel and smart phone inspection process. Manual Fiber Alignment and Goniometric Stage series have brass alloy main frame of dovetail guiding structure and aluminum main frame of cross roller guiding structure, table size specified from 30mm to 90mm in square or rectangular design with different rotation angle from ±3°~±25°, perform the centralized height ranges from 25 to 122mm. The Manual Fiber Alignment and Goniometric Stage series offer various dimensions and specifications available in single axis α or double axes αβ for choose. Manual Fiber Alignment and Goniometric Stage main frame have been black extinction surface treatment, the brass alloy frame has been fluororesin finished and the aluminum alloy frame has been black anodized both design is with basic antioxidant ability, and suitable for optical and fiber working environment. Whole product is made in house by GMT in Taiwan, and the product is capable to smart phone industry, touch panel inspection process and optical fiber coupling alignment process required high accuracy.
