Rotary Stages
Rotary stage contains manual and motorized series according to adjustment and transmission needs. Manual rotary stages offer different adjustment resolution reading fit to needs; and motorized rotary stages designed to standard and precision types according to accuracy. Manual rotary stages main frame is made from aluminum alloy, and the higher resolution model is feed by micrometer with its minimum reading between 34"~1'26". The frame surface has been black anodized well fit to optical inspection instrument use. GMT motorized rotary stage mechanical and transmission elements are made in house, with high vertical integration of material source to perform parallelism between 0.03~0.05mm. The other hand, the aluminum alloy frame has been heat treatment and black extinction anodized surface treatment which is free-deforming to ensure the accuracy reliability, very suitable to inspection environment. Rotary stage series moving stroke is from minimum ±5° up to 360°, various specification options available for needs. Whole product is made in house by GMT in Taiwan, and the product is capable to vibration test of smart phone industry, and small (touch) panel production, as well as automation equipment and optical inspection, etc.
