Linear Translation Stages
MX and MY series are GMT Manual Linear Translation Stages, MX is single translation design, and MY is X and Y axes translations, and MZ is Z axis translation, and the transmission system contains micrometer and feeding screw. GMT Manual Linear Translation stages contain aluminum alloy frame with GMT made Crossed Roller Guide Rails and steel structure frame with GMT made Linear Ball Bearing Guide Rails design to carry different loading capacity. MX, MY and MZ linear transmission stages perform high moving straightness at 3um, and the minimum reading of 10um in micrometer transmission, and 0.5mm movement at each circulation of feeding screw. Aluminum alloy frame has been black extinction anodized surface treatment, which is suitable for optical inspection environment, and for higher resolution adjustment, GMT offer different micro-adjustment of 0.1um in micrometer and 0.25mm in feeding screw per circulation. The steel frame has been nickel plating treatment, which is able to the application environment with corrosion, acid and alkaline, and etc. chemical air.
MX, MY and MZ Manual Linear Translation Stages can be multi-axes assembly according to the equipment process needs. Both aluminum alloy and steel structure frame structure have been well heat treatment, material reliability is to secure stable repeatability precision during moving cycles of constant stroke. Whole product is made in house by GMT in Taiwan, and the product is capable to smart phone industry, and (touch) panel industry required high accuracy positioning or lamination as well as inspection equipment at laboratory.
