GMT Miniature Linear Rail (guide) offer two width types, standard width is sized to 5, 7, 9, 12, and 15mm fit to limited assembly space of small size equipment; wider rail type has size 10, 14, 18, 24, and 42mm capable used for single axis, with its higher load capacity and rigidity. Slide block (carriage) length has extend size available except standard dimensions corresponding to rail size work with. GMT Miniature Linear Rail (Guide) designed three accuracy options of H, P, and HP for precision needs. The other hand, preload between slide block (carriage) and linear rail is able to be adjusted to micro clearance, non-preload, and light preload according application requests. GMT miniature linear rail applied POM circulation tubing design, which is much quiet rather than the metal tubing during circulation. End and bottom seals design to prevent dust and foreign objects entering from block moving, to extend product usage life.
