GMT Ｑ-Servo driver is capable to 2-phase stepper motor, with enclosed friendly operation user interface available for preset parameters on needs. Q-SERVO has position control、torque control and speed functions available controlled through communication (RS485) interface, and support Modbus RTU able to connect to IPC/HMI/PC/PLC, or available control options by pulse or external I/O. Q-SERVO driver provide three series used in actuator, electric gripper, and with driver and control in one unit selections. Either pulse or communication control mode can be choose while Q-SERVO works with the actuator. It receives signal sent by magnetic encoder or optical encoder in pulse control, and magnetic encoder has 4000 resolution and optical encoder has resolution between 6400 to 16000. While apply to electric gripper, communication or I/O control mode are options, to use GMT exclusive user interface to preset parameters for gripper motions such as moving speed, gripping force, and open-jaw position. User Interface is able to be used as virtual I/O to trig control command. The most top grade of GMT Q-SERVO is to have driver with all control mode in one set including communication, pulse and I/O which can trigger 32 positioning storage. And in the control with driver in one set is to allow user to command functions without upper control device.  GMT Q-SERVO　is capable to drive 16 axes, and it has compensate function to missing step under close loop system, with its built-in limitation program, which is able to detect original home position, positive limitation and negative limitation. Q-SERVO is able to be programmed on request by the user.
