GMT ball screw driven cylinder & Rotary slide GERZ is the design of coaxial Z axis & rotary slide in-one-set frame is formed by aluminum alloy, adapted GMT made ball screw and own developed patented plan spline structure to move Z axis and rotation slide motion in a compact, which has integrated precision ball screw, plan spline, stepper motors and driver as 4-in-1 to achieve multi-axes motion including up, down, and rotation movement with high precision in low energy consumption and low pollution in budget of drive and control design. The integrated mechanical and electrical system to use lesser parts and increase wiring friendly, the other hand, positioning precision per approached sensor of home point is applied, those benefit large application range for different industries. GMT ball screw driven cylinder & rotary slide GERZ use stepper motor to move ball screw have forward and back movement, the rotation slide is moved by plan spline driven by stepper motor, to perform low friction and weariness, low dusting as the good mechanical advantages. Except integrated D-SUB connector, GMT offer cabling connection fit to different usage and application on request. GMT ball screw driven cylinder & rotary slide GERZ is developed and produced by GMT in Taiwan, and more than 95% components made in house have been applied, which is capable to wide applications like assembly (push/press/rotation) process or packaging process those automation equipment required high frequency, and accuracy.
