Linear Actuator Driver
GMT driver GTR22G-D works with 2-phase stepper motor to manage fixed current control between 0.2A to 2A through photo coupler input and open collector output. GTR22G-D has 4 functions including option of automatic dropping current, self-test, stepping angle switch and pulse switch. Also, GTR22G-D is able to be 8 divisions for choose (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128), its signal input in wide range without limited current resistor and switch. GTR22G-D characters are low current consumption, and driving current will drop to preset range while the motor is stop, to reduce energy consumption occurred to motor heating problem, in case Z axis is applied, please consult the subject loading in advanced, however, the driver itself still offer high rapid action to turn on. GTR22G-D features to three protection scheme to disconnect the power system in different situation while there is wrong pole connection, or input current exceed to rated number, or the over-heating problem while driver is more than 80 degree C.
