Rotary Stages

Hollow Rotary stage series is made from aluminum frame and steel rotary table with its hollow structure design in size Ø60, Ø80, Ø100, and Ø130mm to keep tubing and cabling process simplified through center hollow, to resolve complex and external cables connecting problems. Adaptor bracket design fit to be assembled with stepper motor or servo motor, and motors are available for user's assembly to simplify installation and cabling process. Working table and crossed roller bearings in one set structure with intensive aligned crossed roller bearings to perform high rigidity and load capacity with the repeatability of ±0.004˚ during rotation at high speed. Designed positioning holes on steel table and aluminum bases to keep positioning process easily. Internal spiral gear transmission design equips low noise and high load capacity character during high speed application, and enlarge gear spindle with 2 ball bearings support to increase transmission rigidity which is the differential and unique feature. The Hollow Rotary Stage ARG series are designed and produced by GMT in Taiwan, suitable for high precision positioning, or low vibration at low speed, and variable loading inertial applications, such as image measurement equipment, or coating equipment required slow and reliable speed, and etc.
