Linear Rail Alignment

Linear rail alignment stage contained three X-axis modules to implement XXY axes motion, the design is specified for touch panel positioning and lamination process required high speed and high accuracy lamination after positioning in micro stroke range. The frame structure offer two material according to handling panel size and weight needs, aluminum and steel. Aluminum alloy frame is light weight with capable horizontal force from 30kgf to 200kgf per specified on sizes, and steel frame has higher load capability from its quenched treatment to HRC 28~32. Linear rail alignment stage has flexibilities of motor options of GMT stepper motor or GMT servo motor as well as GMT driver series adapted per applications request. Aluminum alloy frame linear rail alignment stage has been anodized treatment of prevention from antioxidant in regular humidity working environment, and steel frame surface has been electro less nickel plating treatment fit to the environment with corrosion, acid and alkaline, and etc. chemical air. GMT XXY Linear Rail Alignment Stage applied GMT made ball screws and crossed roller guiding rails which been well heat treatment to secure reliable moving accuracy on different structure size between±1um (Ultra precision) and ±5um (High precision) under specified X & Y movement of ±3mm~±15mm and Θ tuning at ±1°~±3.5°. Whole product is made in house by GMT in Taiwan, and the product is capable to smart phone industry, and (touch) panel industry required high accuracy positioning or lamination as well as inspection process.
